Craniosacral (CFT)

Custom Therapeutic Session
I work like a mechanic. You tell me what hurts, I address what I find. A sore neck might mean craniosacral work, some scraping, and stretching woven into the massage. It can also just be massage, straight through, if that is what you want. Hot stones, cupping, mud or castor packs, stretching, scraping, craniosacral fascial technique, all available, none required. You know your body better than anyone walking in the door, and a decade of doing this work means I know how to listen to what you tell me.

Home visits
Home visits are reserved for newborns and home bound clients, on Thursdays, within about an hour of Carmel. Exceptions happen for brand new babies, because some things should not wait.

Where and when
Sessions happen in the Carmel office. Coaching and consulting also run virtually in most states. Booking happens through a conversation, on purpose: a short call or message first, so there are no surprises and no awkward starts.
Massage services are HSA eligible. Receipts and superbills provided on request.
Coaching and consulting are quoted after a conversation, because the right plan depends on what you actually need.
